Die ANME Founders Show ist auch Schauplatz für die Bekanntgabe der Storerotica Awards, die in diesem Jahr durch Sunny Rodgers (Diamond Products) moderiert wurden. Die Veranstaltung fand am 16. Juli im Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel statt.
Nominierungen für den Award, der an herausragende Mitglieder der Sexspielzeugindustrie verliehen wird, fanden teilweise über die StorErotica Awards Website zwischen dem 20. April und dem 4. Mai dieses Jahres statt. Die Liste wurde dann von der Redaktion der StorErotica Awards kuratiert, um den Final Stimmzettel zu erstellen.
Kristofer Kay, Direktor bei StorErotica, sagte: »Die Branche hat sich beim diesjährigen STOREROTICA Award gegenseitig mit Nachdruck unterstützt. Diese Veranstaltung soll Hersteller und Einzelhändler als eine gemeinsame Community feiern, und mit jeder einzelnen Show haben wir das Gefühl, dieses Ziel zu erreichen.
