With 2019 set in to full swing, ARporntube.com reveals what can be expected with AR porn for the year ahead.

“Augmented reality porn has shown steady growth in 2018. Software like ARKit and ARCore has enabled developers to start making AR porn for mobile devices. In 2019, we’ll see the introduction of 5G which will enhance smartphone capabilities considerably. This will be the year we start to see the potential of AR porn.”
Augmented reality has struggled to find its place in adult entertainment since first becoming a thing back in 2010, but King says 2019 will be different.
“This is the year we can expect to see the Hololens 2. Smartphones are increasingly being developed to be AR enabled, and 5G is what’s going to power that AR. If there was ever a time for porn companies and developers will start taking AR seriously, then 2019 is it.”
