Fun Factory Initiated Fun Academy: A Training Platform For Retail Partners

The Bremen based sex toy company Fun Factory released a trading platform for retail partners. Fun Academy will support retailers and partners of the German sex toy company in many aspects.

Fun Academy is the new training platform for retail clients and partners of the German sex toy company Fun Factory. The VENUS exhibitor’s platform had been in development for two years and will provide helpful support in marketing and selling the products of the company and will serve as a go-to place for all information related to Fun Factory.

A spokesperson for Fun Factory said, »With virtual trainings, retail staff would be effectively equipped to represent Fun Factory to consumers.« The training will take ca. 45 minutes. The videos can be paused and the course can be completed at a any time.

Kirsten Tribby, Global Marketing Manager for Fun Factory commented, »It’s hard to believe Fun Factory has been on the market for 25 years now. I love looking back and seeing how we have evolved and how far the market has come.«

Fun Academy is featuring seven modules and can be used by individuals as well as teams responsible for Fun Factory products. On the platform you can find video material and downloadable PDFs highlighting information on the production process as well as product-specific unique selling points.

The idea for the platform stems from the restrictions during the pandemic and the ensuing problems for sales and marketing teams. Tribby said, »It’s been hard to ensure they were equipped with all the best and most up-to-date information on our products, which they’d need to confidently and effectively represent Fun Factory to consumers.«

She added, »As a brand, we are so proud of all of our toys and want our retailers to not only feel the same, but also to be able to project this to their customers, and Fun Academy is a great way to support our partners in service of these goals.«
