Business veteran David Mellinger will become Topco’s new CEO. He will be responsible to fortify the company’s growth strategy.
David Mellinger will become the new CEO for Topco. His job will be to solidify Topco’s comeback as an industry leader.
Mellinger started out at Frederick’s of Hollywood, a lingerie company. He went ahead and become middle-management at Wal-Mart. That experience makes him an ideal fit for Topco’s aggressive business plan to re-define its standing among the industry.

Mellinger will work on improving effiency and streamlining processes throughout the company. He will also expand the B2B business of Topco fighting online discounter and working with customer’s on protecting their margins.
