The US online retailer Lace.com has launched a television commercial in the USA. The 30-second spot focuses on the diversity of female bodies and the variety of ways in which lingerie can be used to conceal sensual body parts.

The ad by lingerie retailer Lace.com is entitled »Love Your Body, Show Off Your Curves« and is entirely dedicated to the diversity of female body shapes. The company thus emphasizes its claim to stand up for different body shapes and sizes and always have the right lingerie available.

Erin Sue is one of Lace’s top employees. She says: »The creative concept behind this TV commercial was to celebrate the beauty of intimate lingerie and the confidence of individuals wearing it to show off their bodies in it. The beauty behind lingerie is that it offers the wearer an opportunity to express themselves in whatever way makes them comfortable. Whether it’s lacy panties, an everyday bodysuit, delicate hosiery or a structured corset with garters, lingerie is extremely personal.«

According to Lace.com, the choice of models for the commercial was also based on the focus on diversity. All models are committed to social issues that are close to their hearts. Some are committed to healthcare objectives, others to women’s rights, and still others to the concerns of LGBTQ individuals.

The company offers its underwear products in all sizes up to 4XL. That’ s what Lace.com stands for. A spokeswoman says: »Women are not made with cookie cutters. It’s important that we carry styles that will fit a variety of shapes, while still offering a fresh sense of fashion at every size.«
