B. Cumming Co., a manufacturing company based in California has been sold by its founder to one of the company’s experienced employees, Nef Martinez. The company is known for its products of lubricants like Elbow Grease, Encounter, Fusion Personal Lubricants, H2O Personal lubricants and Black Beauty Latex Polish.
The lubricant manufacturer B Cummings has been sold back in November but the news about the sale has just been made public. David Mazer who founded the company in 1979 sold it to Nef Martinez who has been working for the company since 1990.
He said: »I am very excited about the future the company under my direction; I have exciting projects planned for 2018. I am looking forward to all the new business possibilities, challenges and the continued success of this company. I am looking forward to meeting with our customers/partners at ANME in January and discussing new marketing and sales strategies. With my knowledge of the industry, our brands, our partnerships with our current and future customers, I know our brands will continue to thrive.«
In a statement, David Mazer said: »The company is in very good hands and the brands will continue to thrive under Nef’s guidance. I am happy for everyone involved in this transaction. As for me, I am ready to start enjoying my retirement.«
