Lily Allen has teamed up with the WOW-Group, a German manufacturer of sex toys, to launch her own sex toy collection. The market launch is accompanied by a feminist message aimed at breaking the taboo of masturbation and female sexuality.
Pop star Lily Allen has announced that she has entered into a partnership with the German sex tech company WOW Tech (Womanizer, We-Vibe) to market sex toys with her name.
The first product that will be launched is a stylish pink and orange toy that will hit stores and online shops for $99.
WOW Tech, the Berlin-based group of companies is active worldwide with the brands Womanizer and We-Vibe. Allen will also act as brand ambassador for the company. A worldwide campaign under the hashtag #IMasturbate aims to break the taboo on female sexuality and take the shame out of masturbation. The singer wants to make sure that masturbation is understood as part of sexual health, not as a secret sin.
The pop star published a video in which she says: »Sex toys are still seen as a taboo subject because they are related to masturbation and female pleasure. Female pleasure in itself is a taboo subject. The only way to make taboo subjects no longer taboo, is to speak about them openly, frequently and without shame or guilt.«
She adds: »I hope that this collaboration will lead to people feeling that they can talk more freely about masturbation and if somebody like me can talk openly about it without shame then they might feel inclined to try it out for themselves – a whole new world awaits.«

The sex toy company from Berlin believes that its #IMASTURBATE campaign will help create an open dialogue on the topics of sexual self-determination and lust and shows that masturbation is completely normal, beautiful and healthy.
About the product published by Womanizer, which bears her name, Allen reported that it had changed her orgasm experience. She wants people to be open about their sex toy use and don’t feel any shame.
