
After getting an exclusive EU wide distribution deal with the US sex toy giant CalExotics the Dutch distributor Scala is strengthening its sales division. The newest face for the company will be Jolanda Horsten who will be responsible for international sales.
Jolanda Horsten is joining Scala as International Sales Account Manager during exciting times for the company. The former subsidiary of Beate Uhse just landed an exclusive deal with the US sex toy manufacturer CalExcotics and is expanding its sales team for a bigger market share in the EU.
Horsten who joined Scala last month will be responsible for the German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) as well as Greece and Poland.
In a statement on her new position, Horsten said: »My career started in retail and saw me move to commercial sales, progressing onto a senior account manager position, in which I’ve been active for the past few years. The chance to join Scala 2.0 excites me, as it’s an established company with a fresh, dynamic outlook and lots of bright, ambitious colleagues.«
She added: »I listen carefully to my customers’ questions, needs and demands. It really makes my day if I can facilitate customers to maximize their potential, whilst also benefiting Scala. I am very service-orientated and want to create long-term working relationships with my clients, mutual understandings built on trust and transparency.«
Scala also announced to hire additional sales managers for different European countries as well as a brand ambassador for CalExotics.
