as we have heard from other trade fair organizers, companies such as “Expo-Guide” or “MULPOR Company S.A.” specifically target exhibitors of large trade fairs with the offer to register in an exhibitor directory they have compiled. These companies are not official partners of VENUS Berlin GmbH.
Also so-called “Attendees List”, which are offered for sale, have nothing to do with the VENUS Berlin GmbH. For example, sender email addresses include the following domains: attendify.com, attendeeslist.us, clienthubsolution.com, e-listappenders.com, listcalif.biz, primamarketingresearch.com, skyleadzs.com, skyspaceleades.com, and tradeshowdata. com.
The e-mails usually contain no footer with legal mandatory information, the websites (as far as websites are available) no imprint. The official list of exhibitors is available online at www.venus-berlin.com or in print at the exhibition guide at the on-site exhibition.
VENUS GmbH is not affiliated with providers of fee-based e-mail or address list providers. Please do not conclude a contract with one of these providers.
